Clark: The host of " FrostyFields " lodging was born in Iowa and started hunting at 5 years of age for pheasants. He got into waterfowl hunting at age 16. Clark has over 50 years of hunting experience and outdoor savy. He prefers to hunt anything as long it is alive and has no preference to field or water, his motto is " If it Flies, it Dies ". He prefers to use bigfoot decoys because they add depth to the spread. Clark moved to Northern Minnesota in 2000 when he bought the Horseshoe Resort on Cass Lake and has operated it for 11 seasons. |

"Goose" and His Dad |
Gregg (Goose): Born in Northern Minnesota in the area where we hunt. He started carrying his own gun at the early age of 5 and hunts all types of game but prefers to hunt " Giant Canada Geese ". But, he has been known to hunt anything that moves... Gregg has over 40 years experience hunting waterfowl and goes by the nickname " Goose " given to him by his hunting partners for the amount of geese he has bagged over the years. He has over 20 years of guiding experience and prefers to hunt with field decoys as he believes, " the more decoys, the more geese ". Goose does his own calling and has for over thirty years. He is an obsessed hunter and guide and his desire is to get them in close and make every hunt an " Experience " for each hunter. His motto is : " Be safe, and kill more geese" . He enjoys field hunting, but prefers the water hunt. |
